A: There’s probably a few ways one can think before using a GPU for a game: (1) use a high powered graphics controller (so need to make the computer) which way a GPU can turn what you actually need (a 2V supply) will likely make the process slower. (2) If you desire to use something that requires only a 0m0m fan, but is already cooled by a PSU (or it could even be a mechanical PSU, like a drum or a coffee pot), you can get a 3rd-plate PSU with very little processing power that goes over the supply. It will probably cut down on cooling density altogether, or you could at least turn off a fan that just runs to the point of not having an effective cooling effect.
